Web App Automation
Ask Gyaanmitra AI to open your app, click through it, and confirm a change actually worked, in the same Integrated Browser you would use yourself.
The basic loop
You describe a behavior. Gyaanmitra AI makes a code change, then opens the Integrated Browser, goes to your running app, and uses it to check that the change did what you wanted. It does that before it tells you it is done.
Describe the goal, not just the code
Instead of "change this function to round after tax," try "the cart total is wrong when a discount is applied. Find it, fix it, and check that it is actually correct afterward." Gyaanmitra AI will look, fix, and verify.
It opens the browser
Gyaanmitra AI goes to your local dev server, or whatever URL matters, using the same Integrated Browser tab you would open yourself.
It interacts with the page
It clicks buttons, fills in forms, and reads the page that comes back. Those are the same actions you would take if you tested the flow by hand.
You see everything that happened
Each navigation, click, and read shows up in the conversation as it happens. You can stop it or change course at any point.
What Gyaanmitra AI can check
- Visual state: whether an element appears, disappears, or changes after an action.
- Navigation: whether a link or a form lands on the right page.
- Console output: whether the change added a new console error or warning.
- Screenshots: a before-and-after image it can include when it explains what changed.
Why a real click beats a description
A model that only describes what code should do is guessing. A model that opens the running app and clicks the real button is reporting what happened. That gap is where "looks right, but does not work" bugs live. A real browser session is how Gyaanmitra AI closes it.
Point it at a specific URL
If your app uses a different port, or a specific route matters, say so. "Open localhost:5173/checkout and try the discount code path." Gyaanmitra AI will go there directly.
Automated checks alongside manual browsing
You can still open the Browser tab yourself. The two sit well together. A common flow is for Gyaanmitra AI to do a first pass after a change, then for you to open the same Browser tab and look before you call the work done.
What is not here yet
The loop above is what works today: a website, in the integrated Playwright browser. API testing, desktop app testing, mobile testing, performance testing, and penetration testing are not available. The roadmap names them as work that is still ahead.
