The agent reads the files and writes a plan. Nothing is changed until you approve it. Use this when the task is fuzzy, or when you want to see the approach before the code moves.

Gyaanmitra can read the project, suggest a plan, and make the edit. You stay in charge of what lands on disk, and of every command the terminal wants to run.
Act
Smaller edits show up as diffs. Accept the ones you want. Reject the rest. If a step needs the terminal, Gyaanmitra asks first.
What it will not do on its own
It will not silently rewrite the repo, and it will not run a shell command just because the plan mentioned one. That pause is the point. You can move fast and still see the change.
