License Agreement

This End User License Agreement is between you and Gunamaya Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Gunamaya”). It covers the Gamaya app and its updates, and works together with the Gamaya Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By installing or using Gamaya, you accept it.

Gamaya, including its name, logos, original source code, design, trip-planning system, and content, is the property of Gunamaya Technologies Pvt. Ltd., copyright 2026 to present. All rights are reserved. Gamaya is licensed to you, not sold.

Gunamaya gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Gamaya on compatible Android and iOS devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial trip planning, in line with your plan. This is a licence to use the product. It is not a licence to the source code, the routing system, or the underlying data, and it does not transfer ownership.

Gamaya is not released under the MIT License, the Apache License, the GPL, or any other open-source licence. Nothing in the app or on gunamaya.com grants a right to copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, or sell Gamaya.

Gamaya includes open-source components, such as the Flutter framework, which are licensed by their authors under their own licences. Those licences apply only to those components and are listed under Open-source licences below.

You may not, and may not let anyone else:

• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or try to find the source code of the app, except where the law expressly allows it;
• copy, modify, translate, or make works based on the app;
• rent, lease, lend, sublicense, sell, or redistribute the app, your account, or credits;
• remove or change copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
• scrape the service or use it, its results, or its data to build or train a competing product or AI model;
• get around security, metering, or verification, or access the service by any means other than the app or our published pages;
• use the app in breach of any law or of the Gamaya Terms of Use.

“Gunamaya” and “Gamaya”, and their logos, are trademarks of Gunamaya Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may refer to the product by name to describe your use of it, but not in a name, logo, domain, or advertisement that suggests sponsorship or affiliation.

We may release updates that fix problems, add or change features, or remove features. Some updates may be required to keep using Gamaya, and older versions may stop working. This agreement applies to every update unless an update comes with its own terms.

Sign-in, maps, AI, payments, and other services inside Gamaya are provided by their own operators under their own terms. Those terms apply only to that service. They do not relicense Gamaya, and Gamaya is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple, Google, or any business it shows.

You may not use or export Gamaya in breach of export control or sanctions laws, including those of India and the United States, or in a country or by a person they restrict.

This licence lasts until you or Gunamaya end it. It ends automatically if you break this agreement or the Terms of Use, or if your account is deleted. When it ends, you must stop using Gamaya and delete it from your devices.

Routes, places, timings, and AI answers are planning aids, not a guarantee of safety, availability, or a particular path on the ground. The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. Gunamaya’s liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Use.

If you got Gamaya from the App Store, your licence is limited to Apple-branded devices you own or control, under the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, and the Apple terms in section 24 of the Terms of Use apply. If you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Apple and Google are not parties to this agreement and are not responsible for Gamaya.

This agreement is governed by the laws of India, as set out in the Terms of Use. Licensing questions go to info@gunamaya.com. Any other grant, including commercial redistribution or a business listing, needs a written agreement signed by Gunamaya.
