Guide
How a day gets planned.
Gamaya is a trip planner. You describe the day. The map shows the places. The route follows you, and it changes when you do.
1. Plan the trip first
Tell Gamaya where you start, where you are going, and where the day should end. Add the stops you care about, including the way back if you want a particular road home. This is the brief. Everything else hangs off it.
2. Look at the map
After the plan exists, the tourist spots appear on the map. You can see whether the day is a sensible shape before you leave. A list in a notes app cannot show you that two sights are on opposite sides of the city.
3. Find my route
When you are actually there, tap Find my route. Your current location becomes the start. The spots you asked for are ordered from that point, with as little backtracking as the plan allows. You should not walk the same street three times because the list was written in the wrong order.
4. Explore around me
If you are simply staying somewhere, you do not need a full itinerary first. Explore around me uses where you are and shows tourist places, hotels, and restaurants nearby, already on a route. Keep the ones you want. They can join the bigger plan.
5. Change it in chat
The chat is the editor. Ask for a restaurant or a hotel between two sights. Remove a tourist place you have decided against. Then tap Find my route again. The remaining spots are drawn once more, from where you stand. You do not rebuild the afternoon by dragging pins one by one.
6. India and abroad
Gamaya is an Indian app for Android and iOS. The same plan works for a day in your own city and for a trip outside the country. The stores are not open yet. If you want to try it, write to us.
Actions are metered. A simple change costs less than planning a whole trip. See pricing.
