The route should start where you are standing

4 min read

Most trip plans are written before you leave. You list the fort, the market, the lake, in the order they occurred to you. Then you arrive, and the fort is behind you, the lake is across town, and the list still wants you to start at the top.

Gamaya treats that list as a wish, not as the walking order. You still say where the day starts, where it is going, where it ends, and which stops matter, including the way home. The tourist spots show on the map so you can see the shape. When you are actually there, Find my route uses the place under your feet and lines the spots up from that point, with as little backtracking as it can manage.

If you are only staying somewhere, you may not want a full itinerary. Explore around me looks at where you are and shows sights, hotels, and restaurants close by, already on a route.

And plans change at lunch. The chat is how you say “put a restaurant between these two” or “drop the market.” Then you ask for the route again. The remaining places are ordered once more. You do not rebuild the afternoon by hand.

That is the whole product: an Indian trip planner for Android and iOS, for days at home and trips abroad. The guide walks through each step.
